    Fun fact: During my residency training, we had one of our co-residents teach us a few Bollywood dance steps during a 10-minute break and it was an enjoyable highlight of the training week!

  • Various books cover pharmacy careers, skills and clinial pearls handbooks

    Few examples:

    1. Antibiotic Simplified: Pocket guide with practical pearls, great outline (bullet points) making easy to study and look up information quickly. Fun fact: one of the co-authors sat in my CE presentation in Philadelphia, PA!

    2. How to Win Friends and Influence People: The number one skill we always need in pharmacy or healthcare is people skills. This book talks a great deal about them and practicing them!

  • Most of regional and national memberships expire after the residency and these organizations offer great resources and communities to assist new practitioners.

  • One may like to learn a new language or look into self-growth topics such as marketing, leadership, etc..

    Check out MasterClass, experts sharing insights on SO many different topics from dog training, meditation to marketing. These classes can spark inspiration or help you feel being productive while watching something.
