Mock Interview

$59.53

Our mock interview service focuses on two formats that candidates often don’t get much practice with in school but are increasingly common today. For each format, the session will last up to 40 minutes, including approximately 25 minutes for the interview and 15 minutes for feedback and questions.

  1. Phone interview: A phone-style interview using an audio-only virtual meeting link.

    • Many managers conduct quick phone interviews with little notice because they are short on time. These can be challenging because there are no visual cues or personal connection. We help you prepare for this format so you can respond confidently and clearly.

  2. Video interview: An interview using a virtual meeting link where the interviewee will have the camera on and the questions, one by one, will be given by the interviewer in the chat function.

    • This format was inspired by my recent job application where I had to record myself answering prompts on the screen within a set time limit. Some pharmacy programs now require these video responses as part of the application. We help you practice this style so you feel comfortable and prepared

  3. Traditional virtual interview: A two-way conversation using a virtual meeting link. We keep this option open for anyone who is interested in the regular interview format.

For either format, please complete our pop-up interest form to let us know items that you would like to focus on, types of questions you would like to practice and a good time to schedule. We do not record your interview and we kindly ask that you do not record the session.

*Of note, many pharmacy residency programs have candidates complete a patient case presentation or SOAP notes during the interview. We review and provide feedback for those with our Project Review service. Sign up for one and have more practice with clinical cases!
